Federman & Sherwood investigates Set Forth, Inc. for data breach. On November 4, 2024, Set Forth, Inc. filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Set Forth, Inc. experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on May 21, 2024. Set Forth, Inc. immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Set Forth, Inc. network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. Set Forth, Inc. sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
