Oklahoma City, OK (January 2, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On November 1, 2024, Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. experienced a network disruption that limited its ability to access certain files and systems on its network. Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. immediately began an investigation with the assistance of third-party specialists to determine the full nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unknown third-party potentially accessed some files on its network without authorization between October 31 and November 1, 2024. After a thorough review of the files at issue it was determined that the following information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number and driver’s license number.
