Federman & Sherwood Investigates Rush Enterprises, Inc. for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (November 5, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Rush Enterprises, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On or around August 21 and September 18, 2024, an unauthorized third party acquired access to two employee email accounts. After learning of the issue, Rush Enterprises, Inc. conducted an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the breach. The investigation determined that the following personal information was accessed: individuals name, contact information, date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license number and certain employment or medical-related information.
