Oklahoma City, OK (January 3, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into River Casino Philadelphia with respect to their recent data breach. Rivers Casino Philadelphia has announced a data breach involving unauthorized access to its computer systems, impacting personal information of individuals. The breach occurred when an unauthorized actor accessed and potentially exfiltrated certain files from the casino operator’s servers. By November 18, 2024, an investigation had revealed that individuals’ personal details may have been included in the exposed files. The data compromised in the Rivers Casino Philadelphia data breach may include names, Social Security numbers, and bank account information used for direct deposit.
