Oklahoma City, OK (September 5, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Propark Mobility with respect to their recent data breach.  Between January 15, 2024, and January 18, 2024, Propark Mobility experienced a security incident on their information technology network.  Propark Mobility immediately began an investigation into the incident.  The investigation concluded that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was accessed.  On August 28, 2024, Propark Mobility was provided a list of the affected individuals and shortly after began mailing notice.

The type of information potentially exposed includes:

• Social Security number
• Date of Birth
• Driver’s license information
• Financial information
• Medical information
• Health insurance information
• Other sensitive information
