Federman & Sherwood Investigates Prime Case LLC for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (November 4, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Prime Case LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On April 12, 2024, Prime Case LLC, discovered that an employee fell victim to a phishing attack. The breach allowed an unauthorized party to access the employee’s Microsoft credentials and subsequently their email. After an investigation, the company determined that the unauthorized party may have accessed personal information stored in a repository. The following information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, government identification number and medical information.
