PracticeSuite, Inc. for Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, OK (November 19, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into PracticeSuite, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On November 18, 2024 PracticeSuite, Inc. reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. The following personal information may have been accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, address, date of birth, driver’s license number, government issued ID number, financial information, medical information and health insurance information.
