Federman & Sherwood investigates Moses & Aiken, LLC for data breach. On November 5, 2024, Moses & Aiken, LLC filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Moses & Aiken, LLC experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on May 9, 2024. Moses & Aiken, LLC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Moses & Aiken, LLC network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 7, 2024, Moses & Aiken, LLC sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
