Federman & Sherwood Investigates McNall & Associates, PC for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (January 17, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into McNall & Associates, PC with respect to their recent data breach. McNall & Associates, P.C., a law firm based in Anchorage, Alaska providing help with subrogation and debt collection matters, recently reported a data breach that has potentially impacted over 10,000 individuals. The firm discovered suspicious activity on its network on October 28, 2024, and a subsequent investigation revealed that an unauthorized party accessed a server storing client information. The potentially accessed data includes names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and limited health information.
