Oklahoma City, OK (July 11, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Maxey Energy Company with respect to their recent data breach. On May 29, 2024, Maxey Energy discovered that it had experienced a data breach. Maxey Energy launched an investigation into the incident. They determined between May 26 and May 28, 2024, an unauthorized actor accessed sensitive personal information. The affected information varies by individual, but may have included individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, date of birth, driver’s license number, address, financial information and/or other personal information.
