Oklahoma City, OK (June 6, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Matthews, Gold, Kennedy & Snow, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On February 18, 2024, Matthews, Gold, Kennedy & Snow, Inc. discovered unusual activity in an employee’s email account and began an investigation into the scope and nature of the event. The investigation determined there was unauthorized access to an employee email account between February 1, 2024, and February 19, 2024. The following information was accessed: individuals name and Social Security number.
