Federman & Sherwood Investigates Mark Cerrone, Inc. for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Mark Cerrone, Inc. (“Mark Cerrone”) for data breach. On November 20, 2024, Mark Cerrone filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Vermont. Mark Cerrone experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on or around September 7, 2024. Mark Cerrone immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Mark Cerrone network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 20, 2024, Mark Cerrone sent data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Other sensitive information
