Oklahoma City, OK (January 17, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Lifetime Psychiatry for data breach. Recently, Lifetime Psychiatry filed notice of a data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Lifetime Psychiatry experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between September 25, 2024 and September 27, 2024. Lifetime Psychiatry immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Lifetime Psychiatry’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On December 30, 2024, Lifetime Psychiatry posted notice on their website and began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
The type of information potentially exposed includes:
• Name
• Social security number
• Address
• Date of birth
• Telephone number
• Bank account information
• Credit card data
• Medical information (e.g., clinical information, diagnostic and treatment information)
• Health insurance information
Lifetime Psychiatry, LLC is a mental health facility located in St. Peters, Missouri. he facility provides psychiatric services to patients across all age groups, with a focus on medication management and psychotherapy
