Federman & Sherwood Investigates LCPtracker, Inc. for Data Breach
Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates LCPtracker, Inc. (“LCPtracker”) for data breach. On November 22, 2024, LCPtracker filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of California and Vermont. LCPtracker experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on or about August 20, 2024. LCPtracker immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the LCPtracker’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 22, 2024, LCPtracker began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
The type of information potentially exposed includes:
• Full Name
• Address
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Other sensitive information
LCPtracker, Inc. is a human resources software company based out of Orange, California. LCPtracker created and maintains a cloud-based software solution for payroll, construction site compliance, and workforce reporting for companies in the construction industry.
