Federman & Sherwood investigates Kemlon Products & Development Group, Inc. for data breach. On November 1, 2024, Kemlon Products & Development Group, Inc. filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. Kemlon immediately launched an investigation into the incident however, there is limited information on the matter. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to the Kemlon Products & Development Group’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 1, 2024, Kemlon Products & Development Group, Inc. filed notice of data breach however, there is no notice on Kemlon’s website. Kemlon will likely soon send out data breach letters to anyone whose personal information was affected by the recent data breach incident.
