InterCon Construction, Inc. Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 4, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into InterCon Construction, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On November 19, 2024, InterCon became aware of a cyber security incident in which an unauthorized third party gained access to certain systems within its network. Upon learning of this, InterCon initiated an investigation into the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that certain information on its systems may have been viewed or taken without authorization between November 9, 2024, and November 20, 2024. On or around December 6, 2024, InterCon determined that some of the files involved included personal information. Upon discovering the network disruption, InterCon took steps to secure the network, investigate the activity, and determine the scope of impacted information. The information that could have been subject to unauthorized access includes name, and Social Security Number.
