Federman & Sherwood investigates Inszone Insurance Services, LLC for data breach. On October 25, 2024, Inszone Insurance Services, LLC filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Inszone Insurance Services, LLC experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on February 22, 2024. Inszone Insurance Services, LLC immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Inszone Insurance Services, LLC network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 5, 2024, Inszone Insurance Services, LLC sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
