Oklahoma City, OK (November 19, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates In-Home Attendant Services for data breach. On November 1, 2024, In-Home Attendant Services filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. In-Home Attendant Services experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network and immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the In-Home Attendant Services network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. In-Home Attendant Services sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
