Federman & Sherwood Investigates Iannuzzi Manetta & Co. for Data Breach
Oklahoma City, OK (January 21, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Iannuzzi Manetta & Co, P.C. and its subsidiary, Iannuzzi & Darling LLC (collectively, “Iannuzzi”) for data breach. On January 17, 2025, Iannuzzi filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Iannuzzi experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on August 1, 2024. Iannuzzi immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Iannuzzi network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On January 17, 2025, Iannuzzi began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Health Insurance Policy Information
• Medical Record Numbers
• Patient Account Numbers
• Financial Account Numbers
• Other sensitive information
