(November 14, 2024) Federman & Sherwood investigates Huron, Inc. for data breach. On November 8, 2024, Huron, Inc. filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Huron, Inc. experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on September 13, 2024. Huron, Inc. immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Huron, Inc. network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. Huron, Inc. sent data breach notifications to all consumers possibly impacted by the data breach.

• Health Insurance Claim Information
• Date of Birth
• Other sensitive information
