Federman & Sherwood Investigates Holstrom, Block & Parke APLC for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Holstrom, Block & Parke APLC (“HB&P”) for data breach. On November 22, 2024, HB&P filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Vermont and Maine. HB&P experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between August 26 and September 6, 2024. HB&P immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that on October 18, 2024, an unauthorized third party gained access to the HB&P’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 22, 2024, HB&P began to send out data breach notification letters to all consumers impacted by the data breach.

The type of information potentially exposed includes:
• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Other sensitive information
