On May 30, 2023, Greylock Mckinnon Associates, Inc. detected unusual activity on its internal network, Greylock Mckinnon Associates, Inc. promptly took steps to mitigate the incident. Greylock Mckinnon Associates, Inc. consulted with third-party cybersecurity specialists to assist with their response to the incident. On February 7, 2024, Greylock Mckinnon Associates, Inc. received confirmation of which individual’s information was affected by the breach. The following information may have been accessed: individuals’ name, date of birth, address, Medicare Health Insurance Claims number, Social Security number and some medical information and/or health insurance information.
