Oklahoma City, OK (June 26, 2023) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into GeoSouthern Energy Corporation, LLC/GEP Haynesville II, LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On June 26, 2023, GeoSouthern Energy Corporation, LLC notified customers, current and former employees that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to GeoSouthern Energy Corporation, LLC, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access from December 15, 2022 through December 21, 2022. GeoSouthern Energy Corporation, LLC determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dependent information, and financial information (which includes financial account number, routing number, and payment card information).
