Oklahoma City, OK (November 13, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Foley Material Handling Company, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. In May 2024, Foley Material Handling Company, Inc. identified suspicious activity from an unauthorized user on its systems. Foley immediately implemented its incident response protocols, began an investigation, and engaged independent computer forensic experts to assist with an investigation into the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that the unauthorized user gained access to documents on the Foley system. The following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, date of birth, and address.
