Oklahoma City, OK (January 21, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into First Advantage Enterprise Screening Corporation with respect to their recent data breach. On November 12, 2024, a data breach occurred at First Advantage Enterprise Screening Corporation when an unauthorized third party accessed a limited number of Profile Advantage accounts using valid login credentials. The breach was discovered on December 10, 2024, prompting an investigation by the background check company. The information compromised in the First Advantage data breach includes names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, email addresses, and passwords associated with the affected Profile Advantage accounts.
