Federman & Sherwood Investigates Dome Construction Corporation for Data Breach
Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Dome Construction Corporation (“Dome”) for data breach. On November 22, 2024, Dome filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine and California. Dome experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between October 19 and October 20, 2024. Dome immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Dome’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 22, 2024, Dome began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Driver’s License Number
• Direct Deposit Information
• Health Insurance and Medical Information
• Other sensitive information
