Federman & Sherwood Investigates Dome Construction Corporation for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Dome Construction Corporation (“Dome”) for data breach. On November 22, 2024, Dome filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine and California. Dome experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between October 19 and October 20, 2024. Dome immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Dome’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 22, 2024, Dome began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Address
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Direct Deposit Information
• Health Insurance and Medical Information
• Other sensitive information

Dome provides a variety of construction services, including preconstruction, general construction, commissioning and turnover, and modernization. In addition, Dome specializes in a range of industries such as education, healthcare, interiors, life sciences, retail and hospitality, and technology.
