Federman & Sherwood investigates Diligent Delivery Systems for data breach. On October 25, 2024, Diligent Delivery Systems filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine and Attorney General of Vermont. Diligent Delivery Systems experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on June 11, 2024. Diligent Delivery Systems immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third-party gained access to the Diligent Delivery Systems network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On October 25, 2024, Diligent Delivery Systems sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
