Delta County Memorial Hospital District Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 5, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Delta County Memorial Hospital District (“Delta Health”) for data breach. On January 31, 2025, Delta Health filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Delta Health experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between May 27, 2024, and May 30, 2024. Delta Health immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Delta Health’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On January 31, 2025, Delta Health began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Other sensitive information
