Oklahoma City, OK (December 10, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Ciox Health LLC, d/b/a Datavant Group (“Datavant”) for data breach. On October 7, 2024, Datavant filed notice of a data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Datavant experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network. Datavant immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to Datavant’s I.T. network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. The Datavant data breach was only recently announced, and more information is expected soon. Datavant has or will soon start to send out data breach notice letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Driver’s License Number
• Passport Information
• Health Information
• Financial Account Information
• Other sensitive information

Ciox Health d/b/a Datavant is a healthcare software company based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Datavant develops and maintains a digital environment for the exchange of healthcare data. Datavant’s customers include healthcare providers, clinical research organizations, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, analytics companies, and hospitals.
