Daedong-USA, Kioti Tractor Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 21, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Daedong-USA, Inc. (which operates Kioti Tractor Division) for data breach. On or around January 23, 2024, Daedong-USA experienced a significant security incident involving unauthorized access to certain systems which was not discovered until mid-October 2024. Daedong-USA immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Daedong-USA’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On February 20, 2025, Daedong-USA began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
