Oklahoma City, OK (December 18, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Crimson Wine Group for data breach. On December 13, 2024, Crimson Wine Group filed notices of a data breach with the Attorneys General of Vermont and Texas. Crimson Wine Group experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on June 30, 2024. Crimson Wine Group immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to the Crimson Wine Group’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On December 13, 2024, Crimson Wine Group began sending data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
