Oklahoma City, OK (March 4, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Carolina Arthritis Associates for data breach. On February 27, 2025, Carolina Arthritis Associates filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Carolina Arthritis Associates experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on September 27, 2024. Carolina Arthritis Associates immediately launched an investigation into the incident which concluded on January 21, 2025. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Carolina Arthritis Associates network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information.
