Oklahoma City, OK (November 25, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Bojangles’ Restaurants for data breach. On November 19, 2024, Bojangles’ Restaurants filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of California. Bojangles’ Restaurants experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on March 12, 2024. Bojangles’ Restaurants immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Bojangles’ Restaurants network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On November 19, 2024, Bojangles’ Restaurants sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.

• Address
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Other sensitive information

Bojangles’ Restaurants is a restaurant chain known for its Southern-inspired menu made from scratch. Bojangles’ Restaurants, founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since expanded to around 800 locations across the Southeast.
