Federman & Sherwood investigates Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. for data breach. On October 30, 2024, Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on June 11, 2024. Belle Tire immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third-party gained access to the Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On October 30, 2024, Belle Tire sent data breach notifications to all consumers impacted by the data breach.
