Oklahoma City, OK (December 6, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Anna Jaques Hospital with respect to their recent data breach. On or about December 25, 2023, Anna Jaques Hospital experienced a cybersecurity incident that affected certain systems within its network environment, and caused a disruption to some of its operations. Upon detecting the incident, Anna Jaques Hospital commenced an immediate and thorough investigation into the nature and scope of the incident. On November 5, 2024, the investigation determined certain files containing personal information was potentially accessed by an unauthorized party. The following information was breached: individuals name, Social Security number, financial information, medical information, health insurance information, driver’s license number, demographic information and other personal and health information.
