Oklahoma City, OK (December 26, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On November 19, 2024, Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc. experienced a network disruption and immediately initiated an investigation of the matter. They engaged cybersecurity experts to assist with the process. As a result of the investigation, we determined that certain administrative files were accessed or acquired without authorization on November 29, 2024. Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc. undertook a comprehensive review of those files and, on or about December 4, 2024, learned that the following personal information was accessed: individuals name, date of birth, and Social Security number.
