Federman & Sherwood Investigates Access TeleCare for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (January 16, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Access TeleCare for data breach. On December 23, 2024, Access TeleCare filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of California. Access TeleCare experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between November 6, 2023 and January 8, 2024. Access TeleCare immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to the Access TeleCare network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. On December 23, 2024, Access TeleCare began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

• Address
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
• Other sensitive information
