On March 9, 2020 Solara Medical Supplies, LLC filed a Motion to Dismiss in In re:  Solara Medical Supplies LLC Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Case No. 3:19-cv-02284-H-KSC.  On May 7, 2020, less than a week after the final briefs were submitted, the Court denied in large part Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.  To view a copy of the Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, click here.
