Oklahoma City, OK (June 28, 2021) – Federman & Sherwood, a law firm specializing in litigation that has been appointed lead counsel in multiple class action matters, has recently filed suit against Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. relating to Schwab’s online brokerage system. This class action arises from Schwab’s failure to execute Plaintiff’s and other Class members’ orders pursuant to their instructions due to Schwab’s online trading system performing improperly when it failed to process trades in the way instructed by the client. Because of the improperly performing system, Plaintiff and Class members were unable to execute trades at the time they wished to execute the trades. As a result of Schwab’s improperly performing system, Plaintiff and Class members were forced to hold investments they had instructed Schwab to sell.
