Federman & Sherwood has been successful in getting the Bankruptcy Court to deny a financial advisor’s Motion to Dismiss and continue its efforts preventing the financial advisor from discharging in bankruptcy money owed to a 92 year old widow. The Oder was filed in adversary bankruptcy case styled Wanda G. Berry v. Claude Daniel Pentecost, Jr., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Case No. 20-1039-R.
