Federman & Sherwood has been successful in getting the Bankruptcy Court to deny a financial advisor’s Motion to Dismiss and continue its efforts preventing the financial advisor  from discharging in bankruptcy money owed to a 92 year old widow.  The Oder was filed in adversary bankruptcy case styled Wanda G.
