On August 5, 2019, the Honorable Judge Timothy D. DeGiusti entered an Order granting the Unopposed Motion for Continuance and Extension of Time styled MDL 2792 Samsung Top-Load Washing Machine Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, Case No. 17-ml-2792-D.  The hearing for Final Approval of the proposed Class Action Settlement has been continued from August 22, 2019 to Monday, October 7, 2019.
