Oklahoma City, OK (October 2, 2023) – Federman & Sherwood  has filed a lawsuit against Foshee & Yaffe for alleged legal malpractice, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud and deceit for his failure to exercise ordinary care, diligence, and judgment when representing their clients in a products liability case stemming from a devastating vehicle collision. As a result of Foshee & Yaffe’s alleged wrongful acts, their clients were left without the ability to pursue their products liability case and without recourse for their injuries. The lawsuit seeks to hold Foshee & Yaffe responsible for the everlasting consequences of their wrongful acts.  The case was filed in the District Court of Cleveland County for the State of Oklahoma see case number CJ-2023-1180.
