Oklahoma City, OK (January 10, 2023) – Federman & Sherwood announces that on January 5, 2023, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against current and former Directors of National Realty Advisors LLC (NRIA).  The Complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, Section 12(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and10(b) and 15(c) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and SEC Rule 10b-5, including allegations that defendants issued a series of materially false misrepresentations to the market which had the effect of artificially inflating the securities market prices during the Class Period, which is August 9, 2021 through May 17, 2022.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all National Realty Investment Advisors investors who purchased membership units. You may move the Court no later than Monday, March 13, 2023, to serve as a lead plaintiff for the entire Class.  However, in order to do so, you must meet certain legal requirements pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (PSLRA).
