Federman & Sherwood Announces Filing of Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against 3D Systems Corporation, Jeffrey A. Graves, and Jeffrey D. Creech

Oklahoma City, OK (July 21, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD), its President and Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey A. Graves, and its Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey D. Creech. The lawsuit alleges violations of federal securities laws under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period of August 13, 2024 through May 12, 2025, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) 3D Systems had understated the negative impact of reduced customer capital spending, particularly in the healthcare and industrial printing markets; (ii) updated milestone criteria under its partnership with United Therapeutics Corporation would negatively impact the Company’s Regenerative Medicine Program revenue; and (iii) as a result, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

The truth began to emerge on March 26, 2025, when 3D Systems disclosed in its fourth quarter 2024 earnings release that it had reduced revenue by $9 million due to a change in accounting estimates related to its Regenerative Medicine Program. Following this news, the Company’s stock price declined more than 20%. On May 12, 2025, 3D Systems reported disappointing first quarter 2025 financial results and withdrew its full-year guidance, citing prolonged weakness in customer spending. The stock declined an additional 26.6% the next day.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all investors who purchased or otherwise acquired 3D Systems securities during the Class Period. You may move the Court no later than Tuesday, September 19, 2025, to serve as a lead plaintiff in this action. However, to do so, you must meet certain legal requirements under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (PSLRA).
