Oklahoma City, OK (June 16, 2023) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that Nelnet recently filed a motion to transfer the Oklahoma case to Nebraska, or alternatively halt the case from proceeding any further until a related case against Nelnet in Nebraska was resolved.
