On July 27, 2018 the law firm of Federman & Sherwood was successful in consolidating the Flowers Foods, Inc. shareholder derivative actions.  The consolidated lawsuit is titled In re:  Flowers Foods, Inc. Derivative Litigation, Case No. 7:18-cv-00084-WLS filed with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.  Federman & Sherwood was also appointed Lead Counsel to represent the derivative shareholders in the consolidated action.
