Oklahoma City, OK (January 10, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that an Opinion has been released for publication by order of the State of Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals regarding the trial court’s order of September 15, 2023. The opinion affirms in part and reverses in part the Order granting the Motion to Dismiss in the class action against Premiere Pediatrics, LLC. The case is styled Orthman, et al v. Premiere Pediatrics, PLLC, District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2023-406-MT.
