February 23, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Elmore Goldsmith Kelley & deHoll P.A., following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.
According to the filing, an unauthorized actor accessed the firm’s network between December 19, 2025 and December 26, 2025 and copied certain files from its servers. A review completed on January 23, 2026 determined that personal information belonging to at least one Maine resident was involved. Notification letters were mailed on February 20, 2026.
