Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 18, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc., doing business as Eckerd Connects, following a data breach notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine.
According to the notification, Eckerd Connects detected unauthorized access to its network on or about November 11, 2024. Subsequent investigation determined that certain files may have been accessed without authorization during a period spanning November 3, 2024, through November 11, 2024. The organization concluded its data review in November 2025.
