Dulcich, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 15, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a recent data breach involving Dulcich, Inc. According to a data breach notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine, Dulcich experienced a cybersecurity incident that may have exposed personal information belonging to certain individuals.
Dulcich reported that it detected unauthorized access to its computer network and immediately took steps to secure its systems and begin an investigation. The company engaged external cybersecurity professionals and notified the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). According to the investigation, an unauthorized party gained access to Dulcich’s network between June 24 and June 25, 2024, and may have accessed or attempted to acquire files containing personal information. Dulcich stated that there is no evidence that any information was misused, but as a precaution, it is offering affected individuals complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Experian IdentityWorksSM.
Federman & Sherwood’s investigation seeks to determine whether Dulcich implemented adequate data security measures to protect the personal information in its care and to evaluate potential remedies available to those affected.
